Emanuele Marconi

The Gibson Guitar Company was founded in Kalamazoo, Michigan, by Orville Gibson in 1902. The Kalamazoo plant was closed in 1984 and became the Heritage Guitar Company the following year. 

On the way to Chicago, I was witness of the last months of the 50's looking plant before the renovation project.

A time machine: logistic, tools and techniques used by Gibson since at lest the 50's were still in use and Heritage company was so kind to let me document this incredible testimony.
